    Manychat lacked a creative strategy. Assets were disorganized, hard to analyze, and nearly impossible to scale across Meta and YouTube.

    The Solution

    I built a structured program with intentional testing, data-driven experimentation, and global creative localization. We implemented UGC pipelines, a diverse media mix, and new analysis tools to bring clarity and consistency.

    The Results

    100+ creatives tested monthly. A repeatable UGC process. An experimentation framework that transformed Meta and YouTube into scalable, efficient growth channels. Customer acquisition has soared to record heights—and continues climbing every month.

  • The Problem?

    DoorLoop had given up on Meta ads after failed attempts - stuck running only search. But they still wanted Meta to work, and needed a path to profitability at scale.

    The Solution?

    We started small, tested fast, and doubled down on what worked. Direct-response statics aimed at their ICPs became the foundation. Then we cranked up volume, iterating rapidly to keep performance sharp.

    The Results

    In 8 months, Meta scaled to $300K/month. Within 6, it was their most efficient channel—fueling a $100M Series B raise.

  • The Problem

    Group Golf Therapy was growing fast as a leading golf-themed podcast but didn’t know how to produce high-quality content. They needed support on everything—from strategy to execution.

    The Solution

    I built a system for premium, social-first content: developing shot lists, running on-site productions with brand partners, directing content on set, and leading frame-by-frame edits with videographers deeply embedded in the golf industry.

    The Results

    Executed partnerships with AG1, Cisco, AllBirds, Bonobos, and more—delivering millions of global impressions. By elevating production and creative direction, I turned their raw momentum into polished, brand-backed media that scaled.
